GDPR DATA IMPLICATIONS OF BEING A STALL HOLDER: Contact details for successful stall holders i.e. Products sold, an email address, your name and a phone number, will be published in a printed Craft Fair Programme and on this website.  This information is designed to help the local buying public (future customers) and also anyone who bought your goods at the 2019/2020 Craft Fairs (your past customers) find you and contact you. It's good for your business and provides much needed after-sales contact information. This is no different than any other exhibition, art trail or craft fair any where else.  So, if you will not let us publicise your stall holder contact details do not apply for a stall.

Arts Week Craft Fair on Sunday 25th October 2020  12.00-4.00 pm

at Brownlow Hall Newell Green Warfield RG42 6AB

It's an indoor event with 25-28 stalls for local area craft producers.

Set up is Sunday 25th October 2020 between 10.00-11.30. Doors open to the public at 12.00. Take down and removal of your stands is same day at 4.00pm - no earlier. Brownlow Hall is well lit, warm, with free parking, toilets, disabled access, electric power and free wi-fi. The event has a Licence to Sell Alcohol and Public Liability supplied by the organisers.

Stall Holders Applications must be received before 27th September 2020. Apply online (below) here or by email.  NOTE: Based on our experience in 2019, we cannot accept posted or handed-in Craft Fair application forms, only online or email)

Fees: DO NOT PAY ANYTHING until your stall has been confirmed by email.  You will be sent details on how to pay at that point in time. Fees are non-refundable except if the event were cancelled by the Organisers

  • Fees will be £15 for a stall/space or £5 for 100% Charity stall/space


  • The organisers will determine where your stall will be placed in the main hall and adjacent rooms.
  • The organisers reserve the right to decline applications and/or participation for various reasons including the following - this is not an exhaustive list of Terms and Conditions it is indicative.
  • You must be a local craft producer not an Agent, MLM,  Wholesaler,  Importer of finished goods or Collector of random stuff.  
  • Items offered for sale must not be dangerous, toxic, illegal or anything unsuitable for a family audience; nor health products making unproven health benefit claims; nor live animals; nor mass produced high street lines.
  • You must live locally and priority is given to applicants based in Warfield Winkfield and Binfield, then secondly other applicants from "nearby"
  • You cannot just use the stall solely for political or lobbying purposes, you must be selling craft produce.
  • All required certification applicable to your category of products; to legitimise and enable their sale; must be available to view by the organisers before the Craft Fair date. (EG Candles, Silver, Food, Alcohol etc)
  • Abusive or threatening behaviour before during or after the event to the Organisers and their official representatives will not be tolerated and this may affect your application or attendance.
  • We cannot allow Helium balloons, open flames or any device that will set off the fire/smoke alarms
  • Maximum power consumption per stall holder should be less than 200W (240V supply). Extension leads should be less than c5m long as long leads add load, fire risk and are a trip hazzard
  • No animals are permitted in the building (Guide/Aid dogs are excepted)
  • GDPR: This is a public, free access event designed to draw in the buying public to your stalls and also to help you grow your sales/business in the future. Therefore you should expect that your contact details (Name, email, products and a telephone number) will be promoted as part of the Craft Fair marketing support on a printed Craft Fair Programme and via This contact information also acts as an invaluable after-sales link for any customers who wish to contact you after the event.  Most people see this as a very positive feature of involvement, but if you cannot permit your contact details to be published and available for others to see then please do not apply for a stall.

The event is organised jointly by the three Parish Councils of Binfield Warfield and Winkfield. Responsibility and public liability for the Craft Fair on 25/10/20 rests with Warfield Parish Council 7 County Ln, Warfield, Bracknell RG42 3JP 01344 457 777
